At the moment, India is leading by 159 runs. If they can get that lead to 250-300, then there is a good chance that the match will either end up as a draw, or will be won by India. Both KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant are batting with confidence, and then there is Karun Nair, Ravindra Jadeja and Shardul Thakur to come next. But two factors may work against India in the last innings. First of all, none of the other bowlers are giving enough support to Bumrah. And secondly, they don't have a full time spinner.

Unless England plays really bad in their last innings, this match is moving towards a draw. India ought to bat whole day today to created a score they could seek to defend. There's still plenty of time left and if they increased their run rate or maybe play the 1st session tomorrow and declare on a 450+ target, they could hope for a good bowling and England getting all out. But that would be a rare thing considering how both these temas are playing. Anything below 400 and England could try to chase it. Pant should be awarded as most entertaining player of this format because that is how he plays, he took a bit more time in the first session to be a responsible one after losing early wicket and once he reached 50 then his instinct kicked in and almost every ball at him looking like an event. KL again showed his classy inning and with big ton as well.

To be honest, India played better than what I expected even though English bowler is better than their first innings.

As of now, 338/6 and there's 6 run lead from the first innings to be added and I think 380-400 will be the possible target for Eng to chase down in 3 sessions if they want to take a lead in this series.
