So basically, if my address is on the wallet list and someone sends me BTC, I'll get notified?

And does this works one way or two ways? I mean like sending and receiving or only receiving!

Yes, both sending and receiving transactions, or simply say incoming and outgoing transactions were both supported. And yes, only BTC for now, i'll find my way to support eth and binance transactions next time.

Nice bot PX-Z, I just checked out by adding different addresses. Though you didn't mention it, it supports taproot address types as well and it can recognize invalid address. I haven't tested the notification part yet, but I believe it works perfect.
1. Is it possible to add the ability to explore the address using mempool.space once an individual address is clicked on?
2. When is the notification pushed? After the transaction has 1 block confirmation or once and incoming transaction is detected in the mempool?

I'm not familiar with taproot yet but after checking it, it really does. And yeah, forgot to mention, it check valid address too.

Never thought about this, but yes its possible, possible i'll just add a new button linking to mempool.space once an address is clicked besides on this 3 button below

It's once a transaction is detected on the mempool.

I have added a button to check address on mempool.space page when an address is selected. Also address are now snipped on "wallet address list" showing only the first and last few characters of the added address if label is not added.




Update: Amount in USD conversion is added. Conversion comes from Coingecko api which doesn't have huge difference on CMC conversion, i  guess only <$50 difference.

Update: Block explorers are now added as suggested by examplens, this is for more option of viewing the wallet address and transaction id on browser where Mempool.space is the default one. I added the 3 ones i knew that most are using (I bet), Mempool.space, Blockchair, Blockchain.com. Feel free to suggest for more block explorers.

Not a bad tool to have if you want to get notified immediately of an incoming transaction without checking your wallet or a browser blockchain explorer. I have a question though, could the tool be configured to monitor all addresses associated to one or multiple master public keys, for example? That way, users wouldn't have to provide individual addresses, especially if they wanted to watch many of them.

That's a good question and a good idea, as of the moment the bot limits only to one at-a-time-address for notification, maybe it's possible in the future. I'll consider it to add to my task list. Thank you.

That would be great if possible, but I never saw any bots on SimplexChat and I have been using it for a while.
Even if such bots can be made I suspect that development process would be totally different from telegram bots.

Never thought about this, i'll check on it, if there are more people tend to use simpleX too, maybe i'll consider making one.

This image below should the looks after selecting an address. I can't think any cause of the problem but only due to late server response. Can you check it again?




Not so big update, I just added Blockstream.info explorer on the Block Explorer's list for more options to choose since some explorer have more complex feature and some are simple like blockstream and mempool.space.

Update: Fixed the registration bug that paid2 was encountered that's why adding tag does not work, the bot should work smoothly unless a server disruption issue occurs.

Added a success message when block explorer is changed.

Looks like something went wrong here. I just received notifications for transactions from a month ago, a little confusing, especially when it comes to outgoings.
Also, conversion to USD does not work, because it is always 0

Yes, it's because i noticed that there's no notifications earlier, and after checking the routes, i observed it turns to error 404 that's why i manually operate it and noticed of some wrong notif with 0 usd conversion probably because of suddenly burst on the api request per second. Will fixed it later..

I forgot to update here that this issue is already resolved. The zero usd conversion will be avoided in the future transactions too as the delay is set  to 2-4 seconds. The old transactions might still happen if the api shows improper order of txs, this will only happen to address with more than 100 txs in the past.

Can you just add one additional thing/message in the notification? (if possible, of course)

It will kill that extra work to go to blockchain explorer, submitting your address and checking the balance manually or checking the balance via Electrum or other wallets.

Yeah, this is good, i might add this on the page when the address is clicked/tap.

Also, adding an option/feature in the future if only "Incoming" or "Outgoing" or both transaction should the users wants as i experience when tracking an exchange deposit address where as i can't control it's outgoing transactions.
