Now that I played a little bit more I find some things a bit irritating. Why is there no history of the bets you made in the casino? Every site has this, stake, sp.io, rollbit, BC, basically everywhere you can check your transaction and betting history. Only here there is absolutely nothing.
On BJ I can only see like the last 8 bets for a game, that's it. Also the game doesn't display your record for a session which is not very customer friendly to be honest. Feels a bit like they don't want you to see how much you are losing and how bad your losing record is even though the winning % is in your favor, let's say on for example betting under 55 on dice for example. I think that's not ok to display basically 0 statistics for your session, a bit untransparent. Hopefully this will get added asap because until this is fixed I won't make any more bets on this site unfortunately. If you can't see your history you can see if you participate in a fair game, plain and simple. Sounds a bit harsh but it's actually true, that's why every site shows you your full history, at least for the past 3 months or so.

This user you are referring to seems to be a legend at BlackJack casino. I always see him as the most luckiest player, whose wins only raise. I am not sure, how is that even possible, maybe he gambles all the time and just has lots of experience and some kind of an unlimited deposit. I never hit such multipliers, so I can not be sure how it works. That is one of the reasons why I think there should be a way for users to contact one another and discuss more their gambling strategies. I think that a chat doesn't fulfil this completely.

Noticed this myself and found it odd, but didn't really think much about it and continued playing. They really need to rectify this issue asap as you mentioned.

It's stuck at a certain number left, even though I made countless bets that were over the "minimum" amount necessary. Just to prove my point I made a couple of bets again and still the amount didn't move, while making dice bets of 1.94x. Also a sports bet of 1.91x was made and the number didn't change.

I just recently noticed that their bounty rewards wager doesn’t count 1:1 that makes it so hard to complete using any games. I didn’t check the bounty ToS since it doesn’t include the wager count on each game.

I assume they have different computation with wager on VIP with their current format. But in your case that doesn’t have any progress I think there’s something wrong on their VIP.

I think there are some technical problems with the site itself. It is very strange that the same account is displayed differently in different browsers. This should definitely not happen. Regarding the non-growing wager - I have the same problem, and this is the reason why I simply stopped playing at this casino until the problem is solved.

I am not a very regular player, so my wager does not grow as fast as in case of some other players. I cannot afford to play for large amounts, and therefore I take every bet quite seriously. And if the wager does not grow, and I lose, then there is no emotional compensation at all. Previously, in case of a loss, I at least knew that I was moving towards a new VIP level. With this new problem, such confidence is no longer there.

Very unfortunate when you get this problem even though as a newly active user there should no any problem, I advised you to stop playing while waiting for them to solve it but don't be surprised if they need a few days to fix it. Most of the time withdrawal took few minutes to process if the admin is online however it can take more than 8hrs if you withdraw during weekends and time frame which they are not active for the day.

Always ask the support via live chat to process your withdrawal. If there’s someone answer you there then it means admin is online.

As far as I know for BTC withdrawal is instant right?  but if another coin might take a few hours and yeah in certain situations all withdrawals must be approved by the admin. I personally never pay attention to how long the withdrawal is processed so when I request the withdrawal I will close the game and leave the site, so far I have 2 withdrawal history USDT and BNB. Same here, most of my usdt withdrawals mostly come within some minutes, only once it took like 30min, that was the longest for me.

2 days seems a bit long to be honest. Only once I think I waited a bit long, then I cancelled it and made a new withdrawal which then got sent out in no time for whatever reason.
