Yes, they are. And the are pretty low since Friday as far as I know. I did the withdrawal on Friday and the fee was near 8-9 sat/kb. The transaction went not so fast, but in few hours I received all my coins, no problem occurred.

Yeah you are right about that of course. But actually it was charged a bit more than what was actually used as a minor fee. I don't complain about that, just wanted to make this clear.
Since it wasn't much and a fair price I am totally satisfied with the experience. Other casinos tend to overcharge a lot, and with a lot I mean like A LOT.
