@goldkingcoiner lost about $6000 by the same UI quirk when he swapped something in Trust wallet what looked like BUSD (he said same icon) when it actually was an illiquid Binance USD (Wormhole) shit token. Is there some pattern here?
He even tried to get information about the target token, but Trust wallet just gave him an error message, which is a shame on its own.
I don't know how this piece of shit software that Trust wallet obviously is, can allow different tokens or coins to have similar if not intentionally equal icons and not displaying any other details that would allow a user to clearly identify which tokens or coins he's dealing with.
And the idiots of Trust wallet service not even remotely recognizing that the UI of Trust wallet is severely flawed, is beyond anything sane.
Here's the topic that goldkingcoiner posted:
Help - I lost $6000 on Trustwallet - learn from thisDon't Trust - verify! I'd go so far to say, with the negligence the Trust wallet programmer and service morons display, nobody should use this piece of software shit, unless you want to get screwed sooner or later at some swap or at whenever this wallet otherwise fails badly.
