Hey thanks for your reply and analysis, it's appreciated. As I said in my post, this user is wanting to become a merit font - which down the track could be used as a means to repay being voted up here and now. In theory at least. |

No, it won't. Not even in theory, because people don't "vote" for merit sources. Everyone who endorsed V8s genuinely believes he would be a good merit source and are endorsing him because they think he deserves the position. I don't even understand why you posted here as V8's didn't create or wipe his trust list last week. |

Maybe some people added me to their Trust list because I've sent 13239 Merit to 1744 users in 6624 transactions. With 206 Trust inclusions, it's probably even likely one or more users added me for the wrong reasons. But that's not something I can stop, nor is it something I'll change my Trust list or Merit habits for. Come to think of it, it's also likely some users get excluded because they Merit certain posts. |

Might be worth mentioning the new kid on the block who seems to have added all one hundred that were selected into DT1 this month.I saw someone else do the same thing a month or two back. It's an interesting strategy (especially if any engage in reciprocal trust-for-trust)*edit* Never mind, I've just seen that you've added the information in the post just above: *2nd edit* Pmalek has added just one user (who added them in week 58 with no other activity) Daniel91 has received 27 merits on 27 different occasions from Pmalek with just three merits going back the other way.
3rd edit, korner changed their one trust from lafu to ratimov in week 87, then removed ratimov this week. Ironically korner first trusted lafu in week 70 {1} and then a week later, lafu distrusted korner. {1} (basically it would seem korner woke up just to give lafu trust) |

Looks like blacknavy has pulled the plug:  This must be the same as those other two ( dkbit98 and LoyceV ) who removed (temporarily) their DT trust lists. Has this user requested to be removed from DT1?  When I hover on their BPIP DT1 icon, it reads "DT1 strength: 6"
Since that occurred, they've also received two more DT1 distrusts:
