Localbitcoin issue

Hey guys,

I am facing a hard time. I purchased some bitcoin from the seller on localbitcoin, I sent him screenshot of the payment from
the bank. The payment takes a couple of days to process. I never had this problem with the seller not releasing the coin even after
sending a copy of my license and a note saying this transaction is not reversible once bitcoin is released. Its been a few hours and the
seller is not releasing the bitcoin. I have made few transactions before on the site and coin was released to me immediately.
I dont know what to do, please guide.

Didn’t you just clearly admit that the payment takes a few days to process and it has only been a few hours since you paid? Why should the seller release the bitcoins to you if he has not received the money yet? For one, screen shots can be faked or photoshopped. A few completed transactions on the site doesn’t entitle you to demand the immediate release of coins if it really takes a few days for payment to be processed.

That’s an example of an intelligent seller. One who doesn’t release any coins on the strength of screen shots alone. He should wait for payment to appear on his account. Good job, whoever that seller is.

PS.. by “I am facing a hard time” did you mean a hard time scamming that seller?

Facing a hard time means I had to keep messaging the seller and he wouldnt reply, he wasted my entire day on this, I couldnt focus anywhere as I had sent him a large sum of money, he was suspicious. I have never encountered this with any other seller before on localbitcoin. They have always released their coins to me. And I have always paid them on time. I could never scam anyone!
