2 weeks after the 8048/JAZ license holder Antillephone N.V. chimed in on January 12, 2024, the Stake alleged "Legal Department" and the Stake managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V. still have not answered! How on earth can you run a provably rigged in-house Black Jack system and ignore the request by your license issuer? Is it because Stake is managed by two RuneScape players and a chat moderator?

The 8048/JAZ license holder Antillephone N.V. considers my compensation claim as valid, otherwise they would not have forwarded it to the Stake alleged "Legal Department" and to the Stake managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V.
Antillephone N.V. knows that if Medium Rare N.V. or their managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V. do not compensate me, Antillephone has to compensate me, as the license issuer is liable for what their licensees do!

Why is the Crypto Gambling Foundation important?
It is Stake's marketing tool to mislead victims! - By verifying and promoting provably fair operators, they ensure that players can enjoy a transparent and secure gambling experience, without worrying about rigged outcomes or fraudulent practices.
Below is proof that the Stake in-house Black Jack system is rigged! Info 1)The advertised house edge for the Stake in-house Black Jack is 0,5%, which means longterm I will lose 0,5% of all bets placed. However, if you take a look at my statistics here https://ibb.co/Hxf8NpR you can see the following total numbers: Bets: 180,904 Wins: 78,285 Losses: 86,612 If we reduce the number of wins from the number of losses, we can see that I lost 8,327 bets (86,612 minus 78,285 = 8,327) Losing 8,327 bets out of 180,904 bets placed = 4,6% of the bets lost. 0,5% house edge out of 180,900 bets placed I should lose 900 bets + a possible small deviation. 8,327 bets lost - 900 bets I should lose = 7,427 bets too much lost. Info 2)BetsAfter 180,900 bets, the technically maximal possible deviation is 0,4% from the expected outcome according to the law of large numbers (See Info 3). 180,000 bets x 0,4% = 720 bets I could maximal additionally lose on top of the 900 bets I will lose based on the 0,5% house edge. 7,427 bets too much lost minus 720 bets I can additional maximal lose = 6,707 bets = additional 9,3 times on top of the maximal possible deviation! House edge0,5% house edge = 900 bets plus 720 bets I can maximal additionally lose = 80% additional maximal possible house edge. 0,5% house edge plus 80% = 0,4% additional maximal possible house edge = 0,9% maximal possible house edge! Experienced house edge 4,6% minus 0,9% maximal possible house edge = 3,7% additional house edge! 3,7% additional house edge : 0,4% additional maximal possible house edge = additional 9,3 times on top of the maximal possible deviation! Stake's own statistics is 100% proof that their in-house Black Jack system is rigged!Info 3)When the house edge is 0,5% and you placed 180,900 bets, you will lose 900 bets and the remaining 180,000 bets are coin flips. The remaining 180,000 bets are coin flips, because they are neutral and you will win 50% = 90,000 bets and lose 50% = 90,000 bets. Now let's take a look at the technically maximal possible deviation for 180,000 coin flips: A) Standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 212 coin flips = 0,12% (In 68% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0,12%) B) 3 times standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 0,36% (In 99,7% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0.36%) What does 99,7% mean? When you make 333 times a serie of 180,900 bets, then 332 times the deviation from the expected outcome will be up to 0,36% and only one time the deviation will be higher than 0,36%. I was not able to find how much the deviation could be in this one case where it is higher than 0,36%, but likely not more than 10% of the 0,36% = 0,4%. Info 4)The Stake bet transaction history only states 180,900 single bet events and no overview of my experienced house edge. To get my experienced house edge from the bet transaction history, I would need to take a look at all 180,900 bets and calculate it manually! If the cards were dealt fair and I lost only 0,5% of all bets placed while the statistics states that I lost 4,6%, then the Stake statistics is rigged! In either case, the Stake in-house Black Jack system is provably rigged and Stake has to compensate at least the 30,000 USD I lost from my pocket. I hope this helps you understand what the Crypto Gambling Foundation is and how it works. If you want to learn more, you can visit their website or contact them through their contact form.

Stake's in-house Black Jack system is provably rigged! Info 1)If you take a look at my statistics here https://ibb.co/Hxf8NpR you can see the following total numbers: Bets: 180,904 Wins: 78,285 Losses: 86,612 If we reduce the number of wins from the number of losses, we can see that I lost 8,327 bets (86,612 minus 78,285 = 8,327) Losing 8,327 bets out of 180,904 bets placed = 4,6% of the bets lost. If you compare Info 1) with Info 2), you can see that I lost 8,327 bets instead of the 900 bets I should lose = 9 times more! While there is a deviation from the expected outcome, it can not be 9 times more after 180,904 bets! Now let's take a look at the standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips: A) Standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 212 coin flips = 0,12% (In 68% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0,12%) My experienced deviation of 4,1% is 34 times higher than the standard deviation (4,1% : 0,12% = 34) B) 3 times standard deviation for 180,000 coin flips = 0,36% (In 99,7% of all attempts, the deviation is up to 0.36%) My experienced deviation of 4,1% is 11 times higher than the 3 times standard deviation (4,1% : 0,36% = 11) Info 4)The Stake bet transaction history only states 180,000 single bet events and no overview of my experienced house edge. The contact form is not working! Provablyfair means that you can verify and confirm the round results and how they were generated. It has nothing to do with percentage of losses and wins. I posted proof that their in-house Black Jack system is rigged! So if the cards were dealt fair, which I can not verify, then their statistics is rigged and misled me to deposit and lose huge amounts! In either case they have to compensate at least the 30,000 USD I unjustifiably lost. How did they rig it? Did they change the rounds original server seed or they change your own client seed? I do not know if they rig the cards dealing or the bets statistics system or both. A) Bets statistics systemWhat I know and what I can prove is that after 180,900 bets the technically maximal possible deviation is 0,4% of the expected outcome, according to the law of large numbers. 180,000 bets x 0,4% = 720 bets I could maximal additionally lose on top of the 900 bets I will lose based on the 0,5% house edge. 8,327 bets lost - 900 bets I should lose = 7,427 bets too much lost. 7,427 bets lost divided with the 720 bets I can maximal additionally lose = 10 times more bets lost than I technically can!!! Yes, there is a variance, but the bigger the number of attempts, the smaller is the possible variance. B) Cards dealing systemI can not check if the cards were dealt fair, but everything I experienced indicates they are not dealt fair. 1) After around 140,000 bets placed, I bet 30,000 or 40,000 times the same amount, I calculated my experienced house edge (not Stake bets statistics). My experienced house edge was 1,7% and this is 1,2% more like I statistically should! 2) To reach level Platinum VI, which gives a 6,400 USD reward, you need to wager 5 million USD. My account showed that I have wagered 80% of the 5 million USD and at that time I had lost around 15,000 USD. Then I calculated: a) To wager 1 million USD at 0,5% house edge will cost me 5,000 USD. b) With all the rewards, my practical house was 0,1% or maybe 0% But let us take the 0,1% practical house and wagering 1 million USD at 0,1% should have cost me 1,000 USD. 6,400 USD level Platinum VI reward minus 1,000 USD practical house edge = 5,400 USD expected profit. My overall loss should have dropped to around 10,000 USD after reaching level Platinum VI. Can you imagine what happened? After I had wagered 500,000 USD and had cleared 90% of level Platinum VI, I had lost another 15,000 USD and gave up!

1 month after the 8048/JAZ license holder Antillephone N.V. forwarded my compensation demand to the Stake alleged "Legal Department" and the Stake managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V., they still have not answered! How on earth can you run a provably rigged in-house Black Jack system and ignore the request by your license issuer? Is it because Stake is managed by two RuneScape players and a chat moderator?

15 months later still not compensated!

15 months later still not compensated! The Stake in-house Black Jack system is provably rigged and not provably fair! Info 2)The advertised house edge for the Stake in-house Black Jack is 0,5%, which means longterm I will lose 0,5% of all bets placed. Losing 0,5% out of 180,904 bets placed = 900 bets to lose. If you compare Info 1) with Info 2), you can see that I lost 8,327 bets instead of the 900 bets I should lose = 9 times more! While there is a deviation from the expected outcome, it can not be 9 times more after 180,904 bets! In either case, the Stake in-house Black Jack system is provably rigged and Stake has to compensate at least the 30,000 USD I lost from my pocket. Their strategy to ignore me, while they are clearly at fault, will fail! You clearly misunderstood what provably fair and house edge means. Provablyfair is the ability or mechanism to ensure that the round result was not tampered or selectively picked by casino or anyone. You verify this using server seeds provided and your own client seed. What you posted clearly shows you gambled irresponsibly and lost .

I understand very well what house edge means! If the house edge is 1%, then you statistically lose 1 bet every 100 bets. So if you placed 101 bets, you will statistically lose 1 bet and the other 100 bets are coinflips of which you should win 50 bets and lose 50 bets. What you posted clearly shows you gambled irresponsibly and lost .
How did I gamble irresponsibly?

"According to my blackjack appendix 4, the probability of an overall win in blackjack is 42.22%, a tie is 8.48%, and a loss is 49.10%." (source: Wizard of odds) According to the above, you have more wins in statistics than the mathematical expectation. Perhaps the real question is: what is your total wager and profit/loss?

My statistics is about BETS won and lost and the statistics you are referring to is about HANDS! Hands and bets are not the same! For example, when you win a Black Jack, then you win 1 hand, but win 1,5 bets. Despite of this, a hand can have up to 4 bets. When the advertised house edge is 0,5%, then long term you should lose 0,5% of your bets and not 4,6%!

Online gambling is good, to who is very familiar to online gaming activities, as a gambler If you know much about gaming online, you can likewise go into online gambling activities and I have noticed that it is fair enough for those playing games online. I also want to advise those who are playing games like Scrabble online against some opponents. It is also good for you too. Look into gambling online if you are into gambling or you gamble physically it is good for you to move into gambling online.

2 months after the 8048/JAZ license holder Antillephone N.V. forwarded my compensation demand to the Stake alleged "Legal Department" and the Stake managing director Xecutive Corporate Management B.V., they still have not answered! How on earth can you run a provably rigged in-house Black Jack system and ignore the request by your license issuer? Is it because Stake is managed by two RuneScape players and a chat moderator?

I have attempted to reach out to Crypto Gambling Foundation at the provided admin@ address as listed on the foundation's website, however, the email address is returns a error message relating to the mailbox not being set up. Please let me know the best way to go about contacting the foundation (Matter relating to a transactional issue of an accredited member's casino operating under the foundation's strict rules of conduct/morals/transparency not being remedied).
TLDR: FOUNDATION EMAIL DOWN - MESSAGES RETURNED W/ ERROR
