I could be wrong but I do not think house edge has a strong mathematical relation (in a form of function) with the gambling itself, and mathematically one can only reach the house edge if the number of rolls/plays tends to infinity. It is what in calculus we call, "limits"

No it doesn't.  A hand of black jack is not like flipping a coin.  When you win you are paid either even money, or 1.5 - 1 for a dealt black jack making the average winning payout about 1.07-1, which is  greater than even money.  If you won 49.75% of all bets placed you would have the edge by almost 3%, not the house.

With optimal strategy (which there's no chance someone said what you just did is capable of) you can expect to win about ~42.5% (with ~4.75% of total bets paying 1.5-1 and ~37.75% of total bets paying even money), lose ~49% and push the rest.

I've already explained this to you multiple times.  Not going to do it again.
