Oh, I just wanted to say something is wrong because my last BTC to LTC exchange lasted only a few minutes. But then I saw that you used Slow/free while I was still on a Dynamic rate of 0.5%.
Considering the unstable fee in recent months, I avoid the free rate because I don't want to delay the "instant" swap.

I have no hurry, I will sell my btc only above 120k. I don't think it will reach before confirming my transaction.
I decide to hold strong my btc.

I think something is wrong about the world (too much radicalism and tensions everywhere). Btc might play an important role in the future

eXch has a slow and free plan if you swap alternative coins like Litecoin and Ethereum into Bitcoin. Exchanges that go vice versa will cost the traders something in mining fees. Their free plan is not talked about enough, but I think there should be more emphasize on it. Of course, the 0.5% fee is still there (as it should). At what fee rate did eXch send you the BTC that you swapped for?

That's not bad. Looking at the estimates of Jochen Hoenicke's node for the last 8 hours, 10 sat/vByte is almost always enough for a next-block confirmation or 2-3 blocks away. Plus, it won't cost eXch exchange more than $1 to $2 in bitcoin to send those coins with an optimal input/output count, and they will make up for it from the percentage they earn on the trade.

14.3 sat vb. They spent 1.66 usd. Fast confirmation

As i swapped a small value, their profit was very small (0.5%) and they spent a lot of it in fees.

We have already requested clarifications from them but no reply was provided to us. I must also mention that going to any court physically is out of question for us since our team is currently located on a desert island which was the closest habitable location after a boating accident and there are currently no transportation options available for getting to the mainland.

Considering that you represent the transaction as "money" and in dollars, check that you were not on a phishing page, since exch does not offer exchange with fiat currencies in any form. Of course, if you have a letter of guarantee, there will be no problem processing your transaction.

I have myself contacted their support two times; when I did some mistake or to ask question about referrals. They take some time (~24 hours, more or less) to answer but they always answer, there is no reason to worry. I hope your case will be solved asap!

For almost 24 hours, support has been ignoring. The forum has already reached 3 people with the same problem, and how many are sitting silent. This is clearly not a basic situation.

Yeah I understand. I am just saying that eXch won't run away with your funds; I am not saying that the situation is not problematic at all.

If I understand well, it looks like their ETH software is blocked/congestioned because of a pending low fee transaction.
Their ETH node height is currently "N/A" btw:


This would not be the first time they have an issue with Geth, as per their note on the website:
