Yes, is called bitcoin address...

lol, you don't need any source code to accept donations in your site or project, you only need a bitcoin address for that, you can go to blockchain.com and open a wallet, they will give you an addy, if you give that addy to some one (in text or qr) you will be able to get donations there.

In most cases text address and QR code are okay, but I think that topicstarted is asking about something more user-friendly.
Not text address or QR code, but something like BitPay form where user can select what cryptocurrency to donate etc.
