I live in north-eastern Italy near Austria & Slovenia and right now here we are in a state of emergency (practically like at war). 100000 inhabitants are already in quarantine... closed schools, universities, churches, cinemas, theatres... all sporting and cultural events and gatherings of people have been cancelled. (Venice Carnival cancelled) in the same small way as what's happening in China because of the COVID-19 pandemic. so bear with me... I've been interested in crypto-currency since 2013 and I've also tried to undermine Bitcoin and others but without success. Now I'm interested in a non-profit association if it's possible to create a crypto-currency (new/original). if possible using as a stellar (XLM) base ...
