Anyone know of a good way to get in contact with Poloniex? I had to get a new phone and i dont have my 2FA backup key so im locked out of my account.. I sent them a support ticket 5 days ago and also sent them an Email and i cant get a response from them at all. Thanks In Advance. Title: Re: Poloniex Support? It's sadi that they have lost the reputation of one of the best exchangers because of many complaints and issues. Thanks In Advance. unfortunately you will have to be very, very patient because poloniex does not respond to support tickets and there are many people who hope that someday poloniex will answer tickets. If you have possibilities, I think it's worth just Search for information about poloniex headquarters and go to poloniex headquarters to report their problem. I only see this option so that your problem is solved new withdrawal fee 50k satoshis omg...... Before was so good, I made many withdrawals mainly to buy recharges for cell phones.
